Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- To start a return, please contact us at returns@maisonmakalu.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
